Develop new accounts and manage existing customer base by evaluating sales potential and Active follow-up with customer requirements.
Require to identify customers' needs through consultative selling and offer technical solutions or products.
Plan forecast and materialize sales budget or target set by company.
Soliciting new sales leads and secure sales appointment through networking.
Developing and implementing sales strategies and account plans to customers.
Review the market and sales processes to improve sales quota.
At least 3 years relevant sales experience required with proven track record
A good communicator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Vietnamese) with strong desire for success
A team player with the ability to work independently and meet sales target
Strong follow up skill and can communicate well with all levels.
Able to multi-task in dynamic environment.
Confidence and ability to perform well under pressure
Travel locally, regionally, and nationally to meet with prospective clients to discuss business is often necessary.
